Scenes From the Books
Through November and the start of December, 2005, FictionAlley held a "Try-Wizard Tournament". The idea was to do three pieces of fanwork -- ficlet, essay, art, or icon -- inspired by either the book or the film of Goblet of Fire. The works in question could be Alternate Universe, and you could do any combination (two fics and one icon, three essays, one fic and two icons, etc). These were my entries: a fic called "The Dancing Lesson", a very large digital paining, and an animated icon based on that painting.
