Welcome to Spirited Love, the "Eduardo and Kylie" fanlisting! This page is a part of Revisiting the Firehouse, a fansite dedicated to the Ghostbusters franchise (particularly Extreme Ghostbusters).
Ed and Ky are bastions of that classic scenario, the "love-hate relationship". Okay, so maybe our boy Eddy often lives up to the stereotype his fellow XGB Garrett slapped on him, that of the lazy good-for-nothing more often than he should; so maybe no one would blame Kylie if she told him to take a long walk off a short pier. But for all his faults, when it comes down to the wire, he shines with a light made all the brighter for his shadows. And Kylie? She's smart, pretty, and one tough cookie; living on her own, she's a survivor. It's no wonder Ed's attracted to her despite himself -- or the fact that she insults him more often than praises. To a shipper, the tension's the thing, and few couples are as tense with each other as these two! But for all their verbal sparring, under the surface lies an obvious affection, one that sadly didn't get to blossom with the untimely demise of the series. Well, there's always fanfiction ... So if you found yourself rooting encouragement at Eduardo's awkward advances and cheering whenever Kylie showed an interest, if you found yourself smiling knowingly when they bickered and came to realise you were scrutinizing every ep for any sort of interaction between them, then you've come to the right place!
So whether you're an Ed/Ky shipper like me, or just like them as friends, or even simply love it when they fight, so long as you love them interacting, joining this fanlisting is the perfect way to show your support! 1) You don't have to have a site to join (and even if you do, it doesn't have to be Ghostbuster-related ...), but you do have to be a fan of Eduardo/Kylie interaction! ^_~
2) Some of the questions on the sign-up form are optional, but you MUST give a name (it can be a screenname, but if you use your real name, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE give a last initial, to differentiate between you and other fans who might have the same first name) and country, and GIVE ME YOUR EMAIL, so I can reach you if necessary. I don't sell the emails, and they don't have to be linked to your entry, but you *must* still SUBMIT it. If you don't, you won't be listed. It's that simple.
3) If you submit a site, it cannot contain racist, hate, or pornoraphic material. It can, however, be non-Ghostbsuters related and still be linked in the list, if you wish it.
4) Please TELL me if you want your email address linked (otherwise it won't be).
And also, this isn't a rule, but it would be very nice if you would place a code on your site.

Why "Ed and Ky"?: I'm a sucker for romantic tension stories, and their's is one of the best! There are some really sweet, funny, and touching scenes involving the two of them, and their story was excellently written!

Why "Ed and Ky"?: They'd be good together simply because of the love-hate thing. If they ever made Ghostbusters III and made it a RGB/XGB story, I could see someone like Lacey Chabert or Hilary Duff as Kylie. Unfortunately, that would probably never happen.
